About this tool

The injection-site tracker logs each injection and rotates your sites so you don't overuse one area. Repeated injections in the same spot cause tissue irritation, lipohypertrophy (lumps), and reduced absorption. Log the date, site, and compound, and the tool suggests the next site and flags overused areas.

How to use it

  1. 1 Log each injection with the date, site, and compound.
  2. 2 Review the rotation map to see which sites are due next.
  3. 3 Check for warnings when a site has been used too recently.
  4. 4 Review your history to spot patterns or sore spots.

Frequently asked questions

Why rotate injection sites?

Rotating sites prevents lipohypertrophy (fatty lumps), tissue scarring, and inconsistent absorption. Injecting in the same spot repeatedly can damage tissue and change how the compound absorbs.

Can I use this for both subcutaneous and intramuscular injections?

Yes. The tracker supports both injection types with separate site maps. Subcutaneous sites (abdomen, thigh) and intramuscular sites (glute, deltoid) rotate on their own schedules.
