# Testagen

*Also known as: Testagen*

Peptide bioregulator researched for testicular function and hormonal support.

## Overview

Testagen is a peptide bioregulator from Khavinson's cytogen series, marketed to support testicular function and the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. The proposed mechanism is selective transcriptional regulation in testicular tissue, though no specific receptor target has been identified and the pathway remains poorly characterized. Its half-life is short and human pharmacokinetics have not been established. The evidence base is almost entirely Russian-origin preclinical and observational work from the originating group, with minimal independent replication and no high-quality randomized trials. It should not be assumed to raise testosterone in humans. Values shown in the plotter are illustrative estimates, not measured human PK.
