# Prostamax

*Also known as: Prostamax*

Peptide bioregulator researched for prostate tissue support.

## Overview

Prostamax is a peptide bioregulator from Khavinson's cytogen series, intended to support prostate tissue. The proposed mechanism is selective transcriptional regulation in prostate cells, though no specific receptor target has been identified and the pathway is not well characterized. Its half-life is short and human pharmacokinetics have not been established. As with the rest of the bioregulator line, the supporting literature comes almost entirely from the originating Russian research group, with very little independent replication and no large randomized trials in men with prostate pathology. Values shown in the plotter are illustrative estimates based on analogous small peptides, not measured human PK, and should be read as research context only.
