# LC216 Lipo-B

*Also known as: Lipo-B, LC216*

Lipotropic B-complex/MIC injection (carnitine, arginine, methionine, inositol, choline, B6/B5/B12).

## Overview

LC216 Lipo-B is a compounded lipotropic injection that layers a B-complex on top of the MIC backbone. Per the vendor formulation it contains L-carnitine, arginine, methionine, inositol, choline, pyridoxine (B6), dexpanthenol (B5), and hydroxocobalamin (B12). The rationale is the same MIC-plus-carnitine-plus-B-vitamin logic as the other Lipo blends, with arginine added for nitric-oxide support. As with the rest of this category, clinical evidence for meaningful weight loss from these injections is weak and dominated by clinic testimonials and older small studies, and there is no meaningful pharmacokinetic characterization of the combination. We list it for catalog completeness as a compounded clinic product, not as an established therapy. It is excluded from the plotter because the blend has no single half-life.
